This initiative has created flexible home-based job opportunities for over 2,000 local residents, with individual incomes ranging from ¥20,000 to ¥45,000 per year, effectively addressing employment challenges in remote areas.

Located in a major agricultural region where wheat and corn are widely grown, our factory has invested heavily in sustainable material innovation. In line with China’s carbon neutrality goals and the ban on open-field straw burning, we’ve developed eco-friendly manufacturing processes that reuse wheat straw as a raw material in selected wooden crafts. This initiative recycles over 20,000 tons of agricultural waste annually, supporting both environmental protection and circular economy efforts.
